Employed with Pierce Property Management for over twenty-five years, Diane now owns the company with her husband, Duane. As Designated Broker, she oversees office operations and supervises the management of the properties. An active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), she currently holds the RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation and after holding the secretary and vice-president positions, she is now the President of the Central AZ NARPM chapter.
As office manager, Cindy oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, assists with the processing of applications, and provides assistance with Diane and bookkeeping if needed. In addition, Cindy has acquired her real estate license and is also a current member of NARPM. She currently is the secretary for the local NARPM chapter.
Gina is the property manager for the a portion of the Prescott units as well as Chino Valley and Paulden. She oversees all aspects of these properties including showings, move-in inspections and move-out inspections. Gina is also a licensed real estate agent and is our newest member of NARPM and holds the position of Vice-President/President-Elect.
Holly is the property manager for a large portion of the Prescott rentals. She is responsible for showings and tenant move-ins and move-outs. In addition, she is an active real-estate agent.
Jolane works as the bookkeeper. She accounts for all rents and deposits. A variety of account procedures are offered such as paying utility and repair bills from the owner's account. Direct deposits into the owner's bank account are easy to arrange and a detailed statement is sent monthly.
Laurie works full-time at our front desk. She performs various duties such as correspondence, HOA violations, homeowners insurance and move-out notices as well as greeting our clients.
As a full-time filing clerk, Amanda is a crucial member in the maintenance and organization of our files as well as assisting with other office duties including landlord agreements, lease renewals and our monthly newsletters.
