Committed Property Management with Community Focus

We are a trusted property management firm specializing in single-family and multi-family homes, including duplexes, condos, townhomes, and apartments in the Quad-City area. With a portfolio of approximately 500 residential properties, Pierce Property Management brings quality, professionalism, and deep regional expertise to the table.


Our dedicated team includes licensed property managers and Associate Broker, all members of NAR, AAR, PAAR, and MLS. The Broker and Associate Broker are also members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). With over 30 years of experience, our Broker leads a professional staff, including a full-time bookkeeper and administrative assistants, committed to excellence in property management.


Pierce Property Management is deeply involved in the community, supporting local causes like the Yavapai Humane Society, Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary, and Prescott Little League. We are proud sponsors of Coyote Springs Elementary School, providing essential resources and participating in local charity events like Big Brothers Big Sisters.

  • Diane

    Employed with Pierce Property Management for over thirty years, Diane owns the company with her husband, Duane. As Designated Broker, she oversees office operations and supervises the management of the properties. An active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), she currently holds the RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation and has her MPM (Master Property Manager) designation. Diane has also obtained her CRPM (Certified Residential Property Manager) designation. Diane was elected to the PAAR (Prescott Area Association of Realtors) Board of Directors as the first Property Management Director. She currently is serving as a director on the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce Board.

  • Cindy

    In addition to being the Associate Broker, Cindy handles the internal daily operations of the office as well as a variety of additional duties. She oversees the bookkeeping department and is handling all aspects associated with being a property manager and her portfolio of properties. She has been employed with the company for over twenty years. She is an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and is working on her RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation.

    After working in several administrative assistant positions in our office, Page has acquired her real estate license and is now a property manager. With all her experience, she has been able to transition smoothly in to the property manager position and handle all the new responsibilities associated with her new position.

  • Neil

    Neil is the newest addition to our team.  He is our full-time leasing agent and coordinates all the showings for our available rentals.  He also assists in all aspects of the application process and new tenant move-ins. Neil is also a licensed realtor.

  • Mai

    Mai is a welcomed addition to the bookkeeping department and works quickly and efficiently. Among her many duties, she handles all account receivables and payables, sales tax payments, statements and much more!

  • Susan

    Susan works as an assistant to the property managers.  She assists with a number of duties including answering telephone calls, assisting with customers, tenant and owner correspondence, just to name a few.

    Wendy works part-time in the office as an administrative assistant. She assists with data entry, vendor packets, vendor insurance and other tasks as needed.
